Awaiting confirmation
Two weeks ago we had word from the man himself that he had signed for Melbourne Victory and now we have a report on a Costa Rican football website reporting that Carlos Hernandez has been sold to Melbourne Victory from Liga Deportiva Alajuelense. The figure being quoted for the sale has been $400,000 USD. Now all we need is confirmation from the clubs themselves. If it is confirmed I know whose name I’ll be putting on a shirt next season - and I’m sure I won’t be the only one.
